Hand-made Oil Paintings Refund & Quality Policy
1.Artwork Lost or Stolen
Should your artwork be lost or stolen during the delivery process, please notify us immediately,. We wi re-create the
painting for you at no charge.
2.Artwork Arrived Damaged
If your artwork is damaged upon receipt, please ensure you retain a photograph of the outer shipping box, along with clearphotos of the damaged artwork. Upon verification, we will be happy to repaint the artwork for you entirely free of cost.
3.Frame Damaged on Arrival
In the event of a damaged frame upon delivery, we willreimburse the full frame charges to vour original payment sourceAiternatively, you may opt to receive the amount as store credit to be applied as a discount on your subsequent order.
4.Delay with Express Service
If you selected our Express Service and the artwork does not reach you within the committed 12-14 days, we will refundyour Express Service charges to the original payment source. This refund can also be taken as store credit for future use
5.Did Not Approve the Artwork Preview?
lf you are dissatisfied with the initial painting preview, you are entitled to request our free, unlimited revisions policy untilyou are happy. lf, following revisions, you are stil not satisfied, we will process a full refund for the painting.
6.Not Satisfied with the Received Artwork
if you are not fuly satisfied with the finished painting upon receipt, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Thereturned painting must be in its original packaging and will undergo a quality inspection before the refund is processed.You can choose to have the amount refunded to your original payment account or held as store credit for your nextpurchase with us.

Digital Printing Refund & Quality Policy
ince our digital printing products are custom-made using the specific images you upload, we cannot restock or resellthem. All sales are final. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. lf we make a mistake, we will fix it.
1. The “Quality Guarantee” (Defects & Damage)
We insure every order against damage during transit and manufacturing errors. If your print arrives in the following conditions, we will provide a free replacement immediately:
Shipping Damage: The frame is bent, the canvas is punctured, or the glass is broken upon arrival.
Production Errors: Splattered ink, scratches, or incorrect cropping/sizing caused by our production team.
Assembly Issues: The canvas is loose, or the hanging hardware is missing.

Action Required: Please take photos of the damaged item and the packaging box. Email us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Image Resolution & Customer Responsibility
In digital printing, the quality of the print depends on the quality of the photo you upload. We are not responsible for refunds or returns in the following scenarios:
Low Resolution: If your original photo is blurry, dark, or pixelated, the final print will look the same. We print exactly what you provide.
Bad Cropping: Please double-check the preview before checking out. If you accidentally cut off a head or text in the preview area, we cannot refund it, as our system processes this automatically.
Spelling Errors: Typos in custom text inputs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Color Variations (Screen vs. Print)
Please understand that there is a technical difference between the light from a computer screen (RGB) and the ink on canvas or paper (CMYK).
Expectations: Slight shifts in brightness or color saturation are industry standards and are not considered defects.
Major Errors: If the printed color is completely different (e.g., a blue sky turns purple), this is a printer calibration error, and we will replace it for free.
4. Cancellation Policy for Digital Prints
Unlike hand-painted art, digital printing is a fast process.
1.Immediate Processing: Our system often routes orders to the printers within 60 minutes.
2.Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 1 hour. After that, a $10 cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of materials if printing has already started.
Return & Refund Policy
At our store, every item is uniquely made-to-order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products (Print-on-Demand), our return policy is a little different from traditional online stores. We want you to love your order, so please read the guidelines below to understand how we handle returns, modifications, and refunds.
1. Order Modifications or Cancellations
You have a 2-hour window to change your mind.
Since we want to get your order to you as fast as possible, our production process begins very quickly.
Within 2 hours of placing the order: You can contact us to cancel the order or update your shipping address/design details for free.
After 2 hours: Your order has likely entered the production line. At this stage, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
2. Replacement & Refunds (Our Guarantee)
If there is an issue with the quality of your order, you do not need to return the item to us. We will send you a free replacement or offer a full refund if your order arrives in the following conditions:
1.The printed image is blurry or low quality (unless the photo 2.you uploaded was low resolution).
3.The design or text is different from what you ordered.
4.The item is damaged or flawed (e.g., broken mug, torn fabric).
5.We sent the wrong size or wrong item.
6.The package was lost in transit (verified by the tracking number).
How to claim: Please email our support team within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. What We Cannot Refund
Since each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or returns for “customer errors.” We are not responsible for the following situations:
1.Wrong Selection: You chose the wrong size, color, or model. (Please check our size charts carefully before ordering!)
2.Typos: You spelled a name or text incorrectly in your custom input.
3.Incorrect Address: The package was returned or lost because the shipping address provided was incomplete or wrong.
4.Change of Mind: You simply decided you don’t want the item anymore after it has been printed.
4. Shipping Issues
Lost Packages: If the tracking history shows no movement for more than 10 business days, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. We are not liable for theft after delivery, but we will do our best to help you locate it.
5. Color Accuracy
Please note that colors on a physical product may look slightly different than they do on your computer or phone screen. This is normal for all printed products. However, if the color difference is drastic, please contact us for a solution.

FlipMaestro holds the sole discretion for stating whether a return request is valid or invalid.For all returns or replacements, the customer is responsible for returning the faulty painting within 7 days of receiving itAll returned items will be subject to our quality check., The refund or replacement will only be initiated after a successfulinspection.
if a customer initiates more than 2 return or refund reauests within a 365-dav period, we reserve the raht to decline their3rd and subsequent requests on the grounds of preventing fraudulent claims.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not qualify for returns.
The refund amount wil reflect in the customer’s account within 5-7 Working Days after a successful quality check
