How we make your products
Step 1: Order Placed
Place your order by selecting the number of characters, size and customizations. Our artists advise that you upload two high-quality photos of each character for better detailing
Step 2: Digital Customization
In this step, your painting will go through digital corrections which include cropping the image to your selected size, compiling characters from different photos, changing the background and other personalization that you may have requested.
Step 3: The Painting Begins!
Painting begins after you approve the digital design. Our artists carefully handpaint yourportrait to perfection, This process takes 8-15 days as per your selected service (FreeDelivery or Express Service).
Step 4: Your Painting is Ready
As soon as the handmade painting is ready, your happiness manager will send you a preview of the final painting. In this step, you can either approve the painting or requestrevisions.
Step 5: Frame for Better Finishing
Our artists advise framing your painting for an enhanced look and better longevity. You can purchase a finishing at any time before approving the final painting.
Step 6: Final Payment and shipping
All that is left is for you to complete the second part of your payment and we will get the shipping process started. Your happiness package will be delivered to your doorstep in5-10 days depending on the service you choose (Free Delivery or Express Service)
How Digital Art Works
Step 1:Order Placed
Just like our oil paintings, you start by selecting the number of characters and size. Upload your photos directly from your phone. No need to worry about the background—we’ll fix that later!
Step 2: Hand-Drawn on Tablet
This isn’t an AI filter. A professional artist uses a stylus and tablet to hand-draw your portrait stroke by stroke. This allows for vibrant colors and incredible detail in a fraction of the time.
Step 3: Review & Approve
Once the digital draft is ready, we email it to you. You can request unlimited changes until it looks exactly how you want. We don’t print until you say “Yes!”
Step 4: Museum-Quality Printing
Approved? Great! We use archival-grade canvas and fade-resistant inks to print your artwork. The result is a crisp, gallery-worthy piece that lasts a lifetime.
Step 5: Frame & Ship
We stretch the canvas over a sturdy wooden frame (if selected) and package it with care. Your modern masterpiece is shipped via express courier, ready to hang the moment it arrives.
