Because your item is made-to-order, it requires a little extra care. Typically, digital rendering and physical production take 2-4 business days. Once crafted, standard US shipping takes about 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our facility so you can follow its journey home. (Note: Hand-painted items require an additional 5-7 days for the artist's work).

Since every product is 100% custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or the print quality doesn't meet our strict standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily send you a free replacement—no questions asked.

To ensure gallery-quality results, please upload an original, uncropped photo taken in good natural lighting. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, or photos with heavy social media filters. The better and clearer your source file, the more stunning your final artwork will be.

No. We utilize advanced Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology and eco-friendly, fade-resistant inks that bond permanently with the fabric fibers. Your design won't crack or peel. For maximum longevity, simply machine wash cold inside-out and tumble dry on low.

100% secure. Your personal photos are strictly used to generate your custom artwork and process your order. We never use customer images for marketing without explicit written consent. To protect your privacy, all uploaded source files are automatically purged from our servers 30 days after your order is delivered.
