2. Do I get to see it before you ship?
You bet! Whether it’s a painting or a custom mug, we’ll email you a proof first. We won’t print or ship a thing until you say, “I love it!”
3. How long will it take to arrive?
Digital Prints & Gifts are quick—expect them at your door in about 7–10 days. Hand-Painted Oils are worth the wait (painting & drying takes time), so allow roughly 2–3 weeks.
4. My photo is old or blurry. Is that okay?
No sweat! Our artists are wizards at restoring details, fixing blur, and even colorizing vintage black-and-white snaps. Just send it over—we’ll handle the rest.
5. Can you combine people from different photos?
